Terms
The service
Stacc Roadmap Tracker curates free learning resources, sequences them, and checks the projects you build. It links to material made by others, such as YouTube videos and public datasets, and does not own or host it. Their availability and terms are theirs.
Your account
You sign in with GitHub and are responsible for your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Do not share access, attempt to bypass the checks, or complete milestones with work that is not yours.
Your work
Your repositories and everything in them remain yours. By connecting a repository you allow Stacc to read it, through the GitHub App you install, to run the checks. By turning on your portfolio you allow Stacc to show your handle, avatar and verified work publicly. You can remove either at any time.
What a verified milestone means
A check confirms that your repository has the required files, sections, a new commit and passing CI. It does not review quality, certify skills or guarantee a job. Do not present it as more than that.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, scrape at scale, or overload the service, or try to read other people's data.
- Do not upload unlawful content or secrets to repositories you connect.
- We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
The service is free and provided as is. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Ending
You can delete your account in Settings whenever you like. We may change the service or these terms, and will update the date above when we do. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
